Stuttering/Lag

I saw someone else mention this but no response yet. Basically, every minute or so the game skips/lags, sound as well, and it leads to getting hit frustratingly.

It feels like it did when I had an old dying PC and I'd try to play taxing games, but this PC is fine and Swords of Ditto can't be more demanding than Farcry, Forza etc. so I'm sure it's not that. Anyone else having this issue? It happens with or without V-sync but haven't really tried any other fixes.

Yeah it happens for me when either enimies are spawning or there are too many enimies on the screen.

Running 8 core, 32gigs Ram, and an 8 gig GPU. Must be the game engine not being able to handle it. I'd be surprised if it was my computer.
