Online coop?

Will this game feature online coop or will be local coop only?

I am still gonna buy this if it has no online coop cuz i'm sure its cool to play alone ..but online would be a good plus.

The store page says its only local co-op sadly, but im definitely still buying this game

The game dosen't come out till 2018 so you'll have some time :)

I feel you but except with my sister ...we used to play enter the gungeon and binding of isaac rebirth "With antibirth dlc for better coop " and all coop games : | now she moved away ...RIP all those games are local

It's 2017! I hate it that games that have co-op don't have online co-op i mean c'mon man. Is it that hard to implement? But still getting this cause this is gonna be an awesome game :)

Ahaha I cameback to this place to see if theres a release date but random update my brother and now are living together again things are good XD so yeah local coop gonna be sick

Actually, yes, there are a lot of things to balance when creating online co-op for a game, and unless you're in a AAA studio where you have a lot of fellow programmers to assist, the coding for online play is arduous work. Indie studios tend to have one or two programmers at most, making the process very difficult to not only write the code, but also test it to ensure no new bugs are being developed that will affect other aspects of the game.

Yes, yes it is hard to implement. It's its own field completely.

they have a stream right now on the storepage and they play together. i dont see how you manage to do some of these things while you are alone. online mp would be really something to look forward too since it seems to be a game meant to play with someone. and no you dont have always someone to play offline with.

I know the page says local, but I swear they said online at E3. I reallly hope it is. My buddy would kill to play Enter the Gungeon together (which its just not possible), but I was hoping this was the answer.
