How to use the ultimate

Hi guys,

I have maybe a stupid question. The game tells me, that to use the ult I should hold the B button on my controller. But if I do that, my character is just circling on the spot and nothing happens.

What am I missing? I have full energy.

Did you find out. I seem to randomly manage to do one of them.... I thinkj you have to press both RB and B buttons ??

Hi. Do you have a solution for the ultimate problem? The same thing is on me, only circles on the point and no ultimate attack.

Please try holding Accelerate button and B button at the same time - it should work fine then.

Hi I just tried and it doesn't work.. Sometimes I manage to do one but is is very random...

I think it needs a fix, and you could also modify the challenges for the final boss missions : they are very very hard to achieve, and the handling issues (regarding ultimates) don't help ;-)

I don't get it. Is it broken or are we doing something wrong?
The tutorial tells me that I need to have [3 bars or Energy] and that the Ultimate Attack is casted by holding the [Circle Button] (B button on the XBox controller if i recall correctly)

2022, Ultimate still unusable... game still unfinishable under 3 min. T_T

What I've found that about 50% of the time works all the time, is to hold B with ~2 sec intervals. The first time you press it, ultimate won't trigger, but about 60% of the time it triggers on the second hold. (just release the button and press it again immediately). If it doesn't on the second, it might on 3rd and so on. Again, not guaranteed, but at least it triggers with some certainty
