How many Sligs can i kill without affeting Quarma?
i am in the second level at the part where a bunch of Sligs shooting at Mudokuns behind cover around 8-9 Slig and there is a thing that disables me to chant

Correct. Only make sure to loot them first, they may have something valuable.

Killing Sligs doesn't affect your Quarma. You can kill as many as you want and still unlock the best ending.

It used to affect it, but they removed that during development.

theres still the under 100 total slig kills achievement

i believe the enhanced edition still tracks them, the achievement exists for a reason.
personally i'd continue trying to do it, if you succeed it'll give you the satisfaction for doing it, then the second chaos playthrough can be done without any guilt :)
