California Rule

My wife and I started going to local minor league games this year to watch the Scranton/Wilkes Barre Railriders. The game went into extra innings and was confused in the 10th why there was a man starting on second base. Another perons sitting near us explaind the California Rule to me (Which I don't like).

I decidd to start a new minor league season playing as the Rail Riders. Does OOTP19 use the california rule if a minor league game goes into extra innings?

Rob Manfred (commisioner of MLB) put that rule in place to put a man on second in extras to speed the games in the minors, it is not as of yet put in place in the majors.

I hope they don't implement that rule not a fan of it.

But for relism I thought it would be in place in OOTP when playing a Minor League game. It is not. I reccomend it for future release of OOTP.
