What do you mean "if" they did it? The pictures speak for themselves. They banned the guy pointing it out with no given reason which is the most sleasy, low-effort zero stealth censorshipping I've ever seen.
That is basically the level of trolling he was doing. It wasn't like he was making bomb threats, compared to other people in the game that should take more priority. Trying to censor people who make jokes is ridiculous. That is like banning 60% of the 3mil people who play PUBG.
And what more do you need? The proof is in the screenshots. He angered a girl by saying he killed her because he was a girl, the devs banned him. He made a new account, the devs came into his stream and banned him. He got mad and said they were censoring him for jokes, and blocked/banned him everywhere they could. The continued stalking him to all his streams banning him, and anyone who communicated with him positively, then illegally filed a false DMCA because he kept streaming their game, even though he was originally only banned for 2 days a month ago, and was banned because a girl streamer didn't like him and had close connections with the devs. I wouldn't be suprised if they ban JFJ next if he acts the same way.
They are allowed to do what they want in their game, yes. However, they are not allowed to falsely flag people on other sites, not owned by them, and violate their ToS. They are also not allowed to prevent people from obtaining a source of income. That is illegal. These Dev's do not own Youtube. And I can't believe you are ok with dev's doing illegal stuff. You may as well be saying your fine with devs putting malware in their games and other junk.
Him getting banned... Wouldn't that be grounds to file a DMCA? Pretty sure it's open streaming for those allowed to access the closed beta.
He was streaming the game on an accout. He had acess to the beta. How else would he have been streaming it? And it says right there in the text, you are allowed to stream it on online platforms.
Lets use your logic in a different scenario. Dr.Disrespect got banned from PUBG for team killing. But he made a new account and came back. By your logic, as soon as he made a second account he should have been DMCA'd and had his twitch removed. Basically, no. Being banned from a game does not give anyone permission to DMCA you. The devs gave permission to stream their game, and under no section in the DMCA wiki does it describe ban evading or singly targeting people that the owners of said product don't like DMCA-able.

Doesn't matter if he had access to another account. Sounds like they banned him, and then later went after him. Your logic with Dr disrespect is stupid. He is a positive role model to the game, and the devs had every right to turn their head to his (very rare) troll-like actions. Going after him with DMCA's would hurt them more than it would DrDisrespect. Britbong, while I think he can be funny, he is a massive toxic troll. The devs know this, they did not want that in their game, sounds like they chose to ban him (to start), he managed to get back in a second time knowing he was supposed to be banned... So the devs went after him for it with a DMCA. Also, a DMCA claim is no more than a cease and desist, usually. A warning. A "Take it down please".
While I am not a lawyer, it says RIGHT in the image that you linked "In connection with your participation in the Test". He got banned, therefore no longer allowed to participate. So anything following that sentence no longer applies to him. He lost his rights to stream, it seems, therefore the DMCA looks justified.
Can you show me where it says that being banned no longer makes you eligible to participate?
The fact that he was in the game means he was participating, and therefore, was allowed to stream it, like everyone else. Meaning they sent an illegal, false DMCA.
if its true
Yep. While I like indie companies for not always shoving micro transactions into their games, but they tend to act unprofessional unlike triple A companies. This is one of those extreme cases where their incompetence is leading them to do illegal actions for not liking someone in an attempt to censor, just like the other dev company, Digital Homocide. And we all know how that went.
Have you ever played a multiplayer game before? People say far worse things then he did, and unlike him, they sometimes aren't joking. Censoring anything a SJW would find offensive, even as a joke, is impossible. That is like saying ban 80% of all players on every multiplayer game that make a joke about someones race, such as calling someone Tyrone or what not. They should be focusing more on people making bomb threats in their game over someone saying "I love girl gamer farts", which anyone reasonable would take as a joke.
And your intentionally avoiding the point by saying "Look at the other stuff he has did!" to try to shine the light off the main topic, that being the devs committed a federal crime and broke Steam and Youtube's Terms of Service.
