Sooooo..how do you even save?

I have this gamsav that I assume is for saving, but can't find a keybind for it.

Found it, I'm stupid.

F1 and ok

Press F1 and then left click.

It tells you when you open your Rucksack.(with F by default)
The artefact is callled gamesav and there is the F1 button symbol in the bottom corner. All keybinds are listed that way there.
