I bought now a new adult Hen but with this I have no Proplems.
My other two are not sick and I play single Player
Edit: I have now sold the chick and the next day everything was fine with the Hen again
I'm having this issue in singleplayer! One hen that I bought as a chick, one that I bought fully grown. They never react to care and they ignore the weather... They lay, so it's not terrible, just really frustrating.
No poop from chickens is normal
I suggest to the other people in this thread that have animals that are not working right that they might want to consider selling them, reinstall the game then buy new animals, it worked for me anyway and the dev hasn't offered any other solutions or bug fixes.
I found that grabbing "broken" chickens and throwing them back in the center of the coop did help. My chickens weren't giving eggs but once I threw them they seemed to path find? The devs said they're working on it but they can't source the problem to fix it yet. It seems to be more common when buying chicks.
I tried putting them back in the coop but it didn't seem to help, I'm getting a few eggs now after reinstall but not as much as it should be, some days 1 egg, some days 2 eggs, some days none, and that is from 4 hens.
