Okay question i know they are seasonal and the trees will grow just not fruit till that year etc.

But my question is if you get crops and fruit from the beach or the snow biomes will they grow and fruit still in pumpkinvale even if its the correct planting season??

Different fruits and crops grow in different seasons and in different towns. You have to check the seed packs for every single plant. If it's planted outside either the season or the town specified on the seed packet, it will basically be planted dead. You can pick up fruit like bananas and watermelons from Wahoo Beach area for example (just go slightly north and inland from the main centre), but you can't just plant fruit - you have to turn them into seeds first (if you don't have a seed maker, (which is best - you get two seeds per fruit), you can right-click the fruit in your inventory to make it into a seed, but note that you only get one seed this way. I use the seed-maker all the time, unless I only want one seed, otherwise you waste fruit. Get a seed maker as soon as you can.

Thank you for that, will pay attention and note that and get one as soon as i can........ i have my tv, crafting benches and sawmill etc already........soon as the seed maker is available I will get it.

Right now i am struggling with money and stamina, but slowly and surely I will get there.....

Hehe, money and stamina are only an early game struggle really. Get good tools as fast as you can. That means getting into the mines as fast as you can - to the end where the best stuff is. Upgrading your tools makes a big difference. Meanwhile, you can take extra naps, so that the only cost is time. Another tip: The cheapest food is mushroom soup - pick up masses of mushrooms and salt rocks from the caves on your first day in, then keep collecting them every time you go. Get a kitchen (any kitchen) and make a lot of mushroom soup (one mushroom, one salt), and that will sustain your stamina well. I always have at least one pile (50) in my inventory at all times. :-)) People will give you food, of course, and some of it gives you stats, but selling that food also gives you very good much needed money. Your choice, of course. :-))

BTW its a long way to go to keep collecting mushooms, can you plant and grow them at home? If you have that many of them at any one time it must mean surely you can plant them? If so how many does the crop yeild?

Yep! Sure can! Just like normal fruit and veg. They grow in spring, summer and autumn, and they're a regrowable, meaning you don't have to keep replanting them. Plant them once in spring and they'll keep producing every few days until the last day of autumn, without having to be replanted. Just water them. But remember, you need the salt to go with them to make the soup.

Edit: And I'm relatively sure they probably grow in every town. :-)
