When I add support for more player ships, I'm thinking it will be best to have 2 leaderboards per song, one for the standard ship, and one for all the others.
Otherwise there will just be to many unique leaderboards.
Also another Question: If i play a song on Spotify, will the generated enemies be Always the same (like in mp3 Songs in BH1)? And will they be the same for every other Player?
I am asking bc if someone gets other or more enemies in a song, they will score a lot higher then others simply by the fact they got better rng.
(Was 3rd place with golden ship in 2 Kategories in BH1, so i am very interrested in a fair Competition for Songs ^^)
With 'Open Mic' it took a bit of extra engineering, but it all seems to work fine.
:)
As an example open mic finds a song that's 3 minutes normally long but someone used a youtube link that has an outro with extra music. So it's 3 minutes and 30 seconds long.
It will also end if there's 2/3 seconds of silence.
