I'm posting on Groupees support now in hopes that they'll get the developer to do what is right.

Don't expect much from either party I have almost a bundle worth of games where we did not get our games and not got anything. Yet both parties got money and we got nothing, Groupees owes us something but good luck seeing anything from either.

If no one at Groupees is responding to your email then it may be likely that person left the company and the email address was inactivated. Would you mind emailing [e-mail] and someone should get back with you?

If you can't get a contact with Groupees would you consider another way to hand out keys to your supporters.

UPDATE: Groupees has replied to me and I am ordering the keys they requested now.
