how to smoke?

In the game i read the info once that when u play high u get double XP¨
I'm playing when im high each time but my xp not double,
or do i have to get high in the game? :)
Can anybody tell me how to light up a joint in the game please? :)

To light up, go outside and hit the inventory key (Tab by default), then choose a joint from your inventory and you're good to go.
