Missing chest in level 6, any ones that are hard to spot?
I found the blue room and the lamp room.

There really needs to be some kind of help to the player to track down missing chests and enchant scrolls once a level is cleared. Backtracking over the whole damn level to find one missing chest is immensely tedious and easily my least favorite part of the game. But gotta have that 100%!

Yes, we need Wiki for that which is in progress - I am not sure how we can solve this otherwise. We could mark each chest and enchant location on the map - but wouldn't that destroy the purpose?

Perhaps you have some good idea?

I think marking missing chests and enchant scrolls after the level is complete, meaning after the way to the next level is clear, is a perfectly fine idea. Maybe make it an option when players click on the stair/portal to the next level. Something like "Would you like to reveal all missing chests and enchant scrolls on this level? Note that this cannot be undone and may ruin the element of exploration.".

I think this is a good compromise between having some kind of hotkey to make interactable objects glowy (which I don't like) and the current system where you basically just have to backtrack over the whole level in the hopes that you find what you missed before. By only allowing it after the level is cleared, the player forfeits the advantage that the items would have provided, but still allows them to get 100% completion and move on to the next level.

There's a small blue plaque that is very easy to miss on one of the machines that gives a slight hint to a code to input on the machine next to the lamp. The hint is not very clear except for the first #, then apply some "simple" logic from there.
The code is 3456

Blue room?

I'm missing a few chests, scrolls, and even a combat encounter from Floor 6, and have assumed it is a secret area, but after an hour hurting my wrists running in circles around the level I gave up.

I did notice you could direct beams at the Cooler unit, but I could only ever get it to 66% with two beams. If this has anything to do with it, or whatever this "blue room" is, I'd like to know (and I never care about spoilers.)

It's possible to direct three beams to the cooler, but I don't think it works if you already overloaded the core. I'm trying to 3-beam the cooler, but it's not working. I have two enchants missing, two chests, and one battle. Combed the entire sixth floor and am not having much luck. Am I screwed if I overloaded the core before the cooler?

Figured it out. The cooler portal was on top of the core -_-

what does this mean? there are 2 cores on this level first of all, a central core and a mana core, and I'm not seeing anything "on top" of them

When the cooler gets 3 beams, there is short video showing a portal that opens next to the central core (on the -German- map called "Dimension"). That is the gate to the second secret area, the other is the lamp with the computer 3456 next to it. There is also an additional fight when you try to enter the portal that is also beam-activated. And yes, the cooler can still be overloaded even after the core is overloaded.

Important to note that the 3rd beam you need comes from a pylon that you couldn't move until after the core is blown. Took me forever to realize this, but when I did, the puzzle was done.
