Service Floor - Ancient Technology
Looking at the summary, I seem to be missing 2 side quest and 1 secret roon.... I have a side quest which tells me "anient technology" but I dunno for the two others. Anybody knows what the other 2 side quests are ? I assume the secret room will be shown once I find the side quests. The second sidequest is actually Sleath notes

It seems the only thing I am missing is Sleath second note...

Got the same problem(finding Sleath second note) with my playthrough, checked some youtube video and finally found them, take the City teleporter and walk west, it's close in a little sidearea of the city location.
