Is there a way to kill something with 100 armor?

Very much yes, you can reduce armor, get arnor pen, or use elemental damage. You've made it far enough to fight them, you've already faced many targets with more than 100

What you're probably panicked about is a skill they have, which makes them immune to everything for a time. And no there isn't much to do about this skill. You can attempt to kill them very quickly, but be warery the skill has a short channel though it has an obvious graphic to indicate it's active. Getting them to use it at the same time is useful so you can kill whole waves at the same time.

Yes I have 4 I've tried to kill multiple times and all the damage is shown as immune.

Hmm reloaded game and they weren't staying invulnerable forever shrug
