Keep crashing on floor 1

There is a battle on floor 1 on the NW side mid map, just before the forge. It involves a group of orcs. I can't finish this battle as the game crashes during, or towards the end. One time I thought I it had been fixed but it crashed while showing my rewards. I keep getting back from time to time hoping that this is fixed but it hasn't.
