To make sure that you don't spend your time needlessly browsing through the forums for an answer, we've compiled a list of all frequently asked questions and solutions to common issues.

Q: Do you have some kind of community hub, forums?
A: We do have a community Discord server, which you are more than welcome to join! https://discord.gg/nGfwu2F

Q: What Linux distributions are supported by the game?
A: As of now, every Linux distro that supports steam should easily support Tower of Time. However, the game is consistently tested on Ubuntu 17.10 and was tested on Debian 9 and Mint 18 during release.

Q: The game is crashing on Windows right after starting up! Help!
A: There could be a couple of reasons for those crashes:
- having installed Nikon software may cause video playback issues, so it's recommended to uninstall it entirely, or try to install 32-bit version of Nikon software. (Thanks to Camille for help with investigating the issue)
- The game didn't download correctly - we've had some complaints that the game was crashing after startup (or sometime during the gameplay) and verifying integrity of game files on steam solved the issue.
If neither of those resolved the crashes try to use "report issue" menu in game to file a report. If you can't get into game - post here or on our community Discord channel and we'll try to fix you to the best of our abilities. You may also send an email to [e-mail].

Q: Can't get the barrier down on level 1! Read somewhere that there's a bug there, what do I do?
A: There was a bug, where a player couldn't destroy the barrier on the Entrance level of the Tower, but it has been long fixed. Below you will find a hint as to how you can destroy the barrier and get to the second floor.
To get to the second floor you need to perform two tasks:
- Help Devron destroy the source of dark magic
- Visit an altar, which is near the end of first floor. To get to it, you need to go past cemetery with the statue, then take the first right and talk to a statue at the bottom

I see that there is an autocast according to some steam posts. How do I activate it? Might be a good idea to add a tutorial or tool tip unless I missed it.
