Stuck at mana refinery - cannot move

I am stuck now after the fight with the daeva on that level (which was hard), I opened the ancient chest at the end and can't move from there. Tried going back to other levels, but continue being stuck at that chest. What to do?

Hello Mabol, you cannot physically move from there? Or you cannot progress further?
Please send us report issue in-game and we will check it asap.

For the moment I would recommend that you go to floor 6 and go to floor 7 via the stairs at the end of the floor.

Physically stuck, it looks like Kaene is in the chest.
Send a report ingame. Tried your suggestion, but end up the same place again, and still stuck

Hello Mabol did you unstuck yourself out of that chest? Because I just opened ancient chest next to portal to Lava cave on floor 9 and now i cant move. Tried to port to city and went to floor 8 and descent stairs to floor9 again but it just teleported me to the last spot on that floor.

Had the same problem with another chest in my second playthrough. One of my chars got stuck with the chest, or better between the chest and a wall ... somehow. Did not find a solution besides loading last savegame. And I tried for a while ....

yeah my last hand made save is half day of playtime away .
I guess few days off will replenish my will to play from that save again.

You do understand that you can use ingame report feature to get help from dev, right as he suggested in this post?

Hmmm now that I think about it again, that should work:
Go with party to town.
Go to level before level you got stuck .... move to level you got stuck "by hand" .... this should delete the position of your party on this level and reset it to startposition, at least I hope so .... and party should be unstucked.

They're investigating the issue now. I'm still stuck. And as said, tried going down a floor, but didn't work.
