Skill Cooldown Error?
Hello, not sure if this is a bug or I am missing it. Maeve and Boron both have skill cooldown stat of -1%. However, there is no gear on them that is lowering cooldown percentage/time. I even took off all their items and then back on. Was unsure if I am missing anything?Does their mastery need to be at 10 to prevent the -1% skill cooldown?

Every base attribute affects 2 stats. First of them is always affected. Second is affected only when that attribute is higher than 10. IIrc Speed affects skill cooldown (and attack speed) while Mastery affects skill power and mana regeneration.
