Same issue. Sending crash report to devs but dunno if they reading.

whats going man it says something like a files missing and they cant launch my game but 5 mins ago i playing perfectly fine

Checked cache integrity, all files pass the check. But UE4 Crash Reporter continues to pop up when I try to launch the game: 2-3 seconds of black screen and crashes immediately.

Update your graphics card drivers may fix this problem. it works for me.

Have the latest Game Ready GF driver.
I think I found the root of my problem: I have SLI setup with 2 Titans Xp and 2 displays with G-Sync, one in 1440p@144Hz (left, active for 3D) and another 4K@60Hz (right), trying to launch game at the left one and got a crash. But when I power off right display, game runs.
May be some kind of buggy screen detection at the initialisation process, dunno.
Hope my solution will help devs to fix this bug and gamers to run the game.
