Need Help - First Puzzle Battle Bug

When playing the first Nelir puzzle battle as Irollan, once I solve the puzzle the game doesn't register it has been solved. Music is still playing, game characters/pieces are still performing their animations but it doesn't end the puzzle battle. I've tried verifying the files and restarting my computer, but I can't seem to find a way to fix this issue. I don't want to pass the puzzle all together (because perfectionist life lol). If someone has found a solution for this, please help :)

Heya Sammy, thanks for posting! Sorry to hear you've not been able to progress from this puzzle.

Can you double-check that you are not running the game at faster than 60 frames per second? This can mess up the timing with some of our older games. If you let me know which graphics card you've got, I'll be able to share a guide on how to limit the framerate.

Please also check the troubleshooting guide[ubi.li]. In particular from the guide, please make sure you are running the game with administrator rights, you've verified the game files, you've got your Windows install fully updated, and you've (at least temporarily, for testing) deactivated all background programs.

Lastly, please run the game using compatibility mode guide[ubi.li], setting it to Vista mode.
