Good news most of the bugs are fixed by running the game in compatibility mode for windows 7 programs. So what you should do now is re-install the game then right click and go into properties, then click the compatibility tab. Tell the program to run it with support for windows 7 and you are now 90% bug free. Disconnects in multiplayer will still occur.
The community is still alive as well so finding matches in the weekend is doable. You can also join one of the active Discord servers.

In my experience of fixing this bug, I play through different characters in quick play to fix the problems.
If the wall glitch happens, switch to a different character. If the AI crashes or the turns have crashed. Keep switching to different characters until the game play is just right for a 100% bug free.
It works for me.
For other people who is reviewing this and experiencing bugs, i hope this helps. It may or may not work for PS4/ 5 consoles.
