I'm rather hopeful, as that piece of information came directly from the email with Capy. They were reluctant to say anything sooner, as they were worried something might have changed without their knowledge, but to the best of their knowledge, CoH is not reliant on anything managed by Ubi

Sorry for quoting you and cross posting from another game, but can you perhaps confirm if Splinter Cell: Conviction is in the same boat?
The game was also scheduled to lose its online services on 1 June 2021, but its 24 days later (as of this post) and multiplayer is still accessible for SC:C.
Is it possible that Ubisoft Connect interactions was just removed for it as well?
