Is This game able to be played offline?
I want to do some big thing where it is projected and stuff but I am gona be in an area with no internet. Is this game able to be played offline?

It's only offline. No internet connection required.

How about needing to connect to steam? normaly any games I buy from steam seem to require me to first log into steam to play them

If you don't have wifi or Internet connection, log into steam in offline mode. It can be played in without internet connection but does require you to login either in online or offline mode.
