Crashing issue
Hi, I'm having a crashing issue when trying to start large battles. Beforehand my computer was able to handle battles of up to 30,00 characters on screen, but now, anything above 10,000, the game will freeze up unexpectedly. Then I get the message "UEBS beta is not responding".

My specs:
Intel I5 6600K
Nvidia GTX 1060 6GB
32GB RAM
Windows 10

I'm running the game on medium settings and these freezes even occur before the battle has even started. Another thing to note, rain seems to auto crash too without even loading the units.

EDIT:
I've now tested it with battles under 10 thousand and the issue still persists.

wierd i've not ran into that problem before, i've had issues where if i run the game in fullscreen with 10,000 v 10,000 it acts strange it lags and crashes, so i've ran it in windowed and i've had no issues, apart from loading times, try running the game with windowed mode

oh and don't posses any troops because they're buggy for me as in they will either crash the game, freeze or close down your game instantly

yesterday my computer was crashing when i shoved more than 5000 characters but today it could easily handle 20000. dont know whats going on

if i want more troops to about 150,000 i might have to run potato graphics lol

if your having issues with 5000 try lowering your graphics and see what happens, also don't load in to many teams on the map takes a long ass time to load and you might crash, happened when i first started the game with a lot of armies on the map

Have tried running the game in windowed mode, and, the crashing is delayed but still happens I'm trying to run a battle with 6000 a side.

Always only have the game open, it's really strange.

Hitting keys or clicking on the screen during load can sometimes trigger windows into thinking that the program is not responding, while its loading the menu or the map. This might be a quick fix. We are working on some long term solutions though.

Thanks for the response, I'll try not to do anything and let the game load.
