NOTICE to All Those With Errors

Make sure your computer is set to the Chinese system locale, otherwise the game will crash upon start-up. You can easily find this setting under the Language & Region tab in Control Panel.

Steps to change system locale in Windows 10:
Step 1: Get into Control Panel.
Step 2: Tap Change date, time, or number formats to move on.
Step 3: As the Region dialog appears, choose Administrative and click Change system locale.
Step 4: Select a new system locale (Chinese Simplified) and tap OK.
Step 5: Hit Restart now to make the setting effective.

For Non-Windows 10 Users:
In Control Panel, open Regional and Language Options.
On the Regional Options tab, for Select an item to match its preferences, select a value from the list.
Click Apply to confirm the change, and OK to close the window.
Restart Computer

IF YOU CANNOT CONNECT TO THE SERVER TRY THE FOLLOWING:

Make sure you choose the first server option, not the second one which it starts you on. Once you have selected the second server it will break the game after choosing server 1.

IF YOU CANNOT CHOOSE A NAME TAKE NOTE:

You can only name your character using Chinese characters, no English characters allowed.

that worked for me but now when I try to connect to the server I can't connect to the 2 one so I tried the first one and I get stuck at the braground screen

Make sure you launch and choose the first option, without clicking the second- which seems to be a test server of some sort.

Did you restart after changing system locale? And also, you may have an issue in your system. If I were you I would locate the games files and delete them myself and then go reinstall and try again.

i didnt try restarting, but i have installed applocale for previous games, so ive had it for awhile. by issue with my system im not sure what you mean. i have gotten a new error https://gyazo.com/9ec608e6a3c4352c912c4514c901b82e i will try uninstalling while also making sure no files remain after uninstaling and reinstalling.
