Forward the following ports to your computers IP local address.

If you require instructions to port forward for your specific router check the following site

As stated earlier, only the host is required to configure this due to how TCP works and how routers handle it.
Once the host will need to get their public IP address and give it to those that wish to join the game.
Googling "What is my IP" will provide you with this information.
For security purposes I recommend disabling port forwarding rules when they are not in use.
Edit: Typos / half finished sentences
The only way to play through Hamachi was to install an IPX wrapper to unlock the IPX LAN option, which doesn't exist anymore by default on modern Windows systems.
