"Master" achievement

Can you clarify the requirement for unlocking this? I've completed the level "A first challenge" and it hasn't unlocked. Nothing else matches the description of the achievement so I'm not sure if it's broken or just showing the wrong level name.

What level does this achievement unlock on, and what level will I encounter the first lock for 'Wannabe Hacker'?

The level the achievement unlocks on is just called "A first challenge". As for the first lock, I can't remember exactly where that was, but it was within the first ten minutes of gameplay.
