Camera judder

Ive got the game capped to 120fps, and I do get a solid 120 without frame rate drops, but there seems to be a weird movement when I move the camera around slowly with the mouse, it seems like it's juddering, it's just not smooth, is this just the game? Thanks for any help

There's a chance it could be your CPU. Up until a few days ago I had exactly the same problem as you, but after upgrading from an i7 6700k to a 10700k the juddering has disappeared completely, even in lighting-intensive areas. I don't mean to say that this is definitely your issue, but it's what worked for me. Even turning the graphics settings down to minimum didn't help until I upgraded the CPU. Now everything's at ultra (I'm running a 2080ti) and it's constantly smooth at 120fps with no dips.
