If you wanted to see more of the Outsider, the plot is ok. I think it was a mistake to take the story in the direction they did (no spoilers), but the journey there is interesting enough imo.
The gameplay is very cut-down. You can't choose your powers, the new powers are meh at best, and while there are a few new areas, some are re-used to lengthen the campaign. Nowhere near the freedom offered by Dishonored 2 (or Dishonored 1).
Emily does as well in Dishonored 2 to avoid being recognized.
Oh thats right, it just covers her mouth and nose though.
