Eyeless tattoo not stopping NPCs from attacking on sight

Is anyone else having this problem? So I tattooed my character at the Red Camellia, but all the Eyeless thugs (including those in the Spector Club) still attack me on sight. Is this a bug?

from where did you enter? you need to knock on the door and show the tatoo

happened to me, too. What I did is the following: crouch, carefully open the door, but don't move out, as they will notice you. Displace yourself to the hall outside of the room, in front of you, and then quickly to the right, so that the girl who's at the entrance door, doesn't notice. You can then stand up, and enter back into the room, they won't hurt you.

I guess the design of the game is that even if you have tattoo, you can walk around the club, but that girl won't allow you into Yun's house. That's why when they see you entering from there, they will get triggered.

However, it can also be a bug: when I picked up the body for the contract in the adjacent room, and was walking back downstairs, all of them were drawing their weapons for a half of second, and then were back to normal. The barmen was the only guy who got fully triggered because of the body.
