Spector Club safe room door blocked

How do you get into the safe room at the Spector Club? I can't find a key, the red button by the bar does not do the trick (it just reveals a secret cache of weapons), and the pop-up text says that the safe room door is blocked.

Blow it, either with a nade or with a charged bolt (with the upgrade from the black market)

If you're talking about the first locked room with the lady facing away and a bone charm, then all I did was use foresight and displace to get in there.

You can also jump on the counter and it actually let's you undo the lock on the door

This only works with the default, horridly narrow 70 degree FOV. If you've bumped it up past that to something more reasonable, you'll need to dial the FOV back in at least momentarily.

You can foresight through the window and place a displace marker to teleport inside.

Just look at it and press F from the window, was surprised i could reach.
