[BUG] [SPOILERS] Can't open a special safe in mission 2

MISSION SPOILERS AHEAD, YOU'VE BEEN WARNED

I'm currently into Shan Yun's house. In order to open his safe, I need to play a song. What I first did was to play the song that was into the audiograph or whatever it's called. Later in the mission I found the song that should unlock the safe.
When I go back to the audiograph I can choose between not touching the audiograph and stop the music. When I choose to stop the music (that finished playing while I was roaming the house), I get stuck in an infinite waiting. Nothing happens and I have to reload a previous save. Reloading didn't fix anything.
If anyone finds a workaround please tell me. And if a dev reads that, please fix it asap, thanks.

sounds glitchy, It worked for me when i put in a specific song. the safe will open immediately after you play the correct one. its not the one on the desk next to the audiograph

The correct audiograph is on the second floor in the room with the electrified floor, its not the one next to the player by the safe. Is that the one you put in?

I'm having the same trouble as well. I tried to first play wrong song and later found the correct one. Now when I'm supposed to change the song, I get only options "Not now" or "Stop the music."
If I select "stop the music", nothing happens and I get stuck. I can't continue forwards from here.
Now when I know which song is correct and where it can be found, I could of course try to restart the mission, but that would be frustrating at this point.

Just make sure to keep saving.

Verify your game files, and restart Steam. That should always be the first thing to try.

Here is the solution:

1. Go down 1 floor and find the room that is protected by electric devices
2. In the center of the room is a display case that has the right audio card
3. Break the glass from a distance
4. Run, grab the card and jump on top of the case before you get electrocuted
5. Wait a few seconds and leave the room by running before the next electric burst.

I had the same problem until I read the diary on the desk next to the safe, then I was able to play the second song I had found.
