100% collectibles on The Bank Job with Party Crasher + Obsessive Safe Cracker + Perfect Crime achievements + all contracts in one playthrough

I had a look at a lot of guides and videos but none of them accomplished both in one run. However I found a way to do it but it requires 2 visits to the bank.

Once you enter the bank, you can basically loot everything except the below mentioned coins which cannot be touched at any cost on the first run through assuming you used the poppy tonic on the roof to put everyone to sleep and used the nearby roof entrance and want to get the achievements.

Bank office section and area outside the Inner Atrium

1. Two cash registers next to a sleeping female employee on the second floor office.

2. One sleeping female elite guard on the floor in the area leading to the atrium near one of the arc pylons.

Inner Atrium

In the first floor you can loot everything from the clockwork soldier patrol area and the lower desks except

1. In the inner atrium first floor area past the wall of light, there is a cash register which awakes a nearby sleeping guard on the floor.

2. In the same floor, there is a whale oil bottle behind some breakable wooden door. This would awaken the guard sleeping above on the second floor balcony.

Use foresight + displace to reach the elevator area of the second floor from the second floor balcony and head down to the basement and gather all the loot there including the gemstone for the contract as well as the last painting (assuming you have collected all other paintings before) which will get you the Art Aficionado achievement.

Return to the second floor and jump down to the area with the clockwork soldier. Now the other tricky part is getting access to the Security & Administration area without using the access code and not awaking anyone.

To do this you need to basically shoot the red button next to the door on the other end of the floor. To do this, start by climbing the shelf behind a sleeping female employee which had a pearl fan and then onto the loudspeaker above it. From there you can jump and stay on the small ledge above. Lean left and you can see the button. Fire an electric burst bolt to open the door which stays open. Jump back down to the first floor and blink to the balcony and enter.

Once inside, DO NOT TOUCH the vault controls. Make your way past the electrified floor and gather all loot in the second floor. Once done, you can safely open the metal double doors (which normally required waking up guard from outside) using the button there and they stay open. Use foresight + displace to enter the guard room to loot him and get back outside.

Call the elevator and ride it to the 3rd floor. Enter Dolores' office, loot everything there and copy the address from the book for the contract. Return to the elevator and jump up to reach the hatch above and reach the maintenance area.

Blink to the crawlspace ahead and once you exit it, blink to the end of that corridor to avoid the pylon. Open the drawer and grab the wrench. Use foresight + displace to blink through the open grating in the floor near the pylon to reach the area under the floor.

Blink down to the roof of the vault and use the wrench to release the brakes on the 4 cables. The vault will come crashing down for your Party Crasher achievement.

Now open the vault and open the safes from left to right using the following codes for Obsessive Safe Cracker...

Safe 1 - 011
Safe 2 - 235
Safe 3 - 813
Safe 4 - uses the 2 keys (replaces combination 213)
Safe 5 - 455
Safe 6 - 891

Plunder all the loot and use the sewers to exit the bank and return to Upper Cyria. This will trigger the Perfect Crime achievement. Now return back to the bank and use the chain in the sewers to reach the Boiler Room.

Now you can go back and get the above 4 pending coin loot. To loot the sleeping female guard outside the atrium you need to deactivate the pylons else you will get killed.

If you used the carriage to enter the city at the start of the mission, there will be 4 guards standing near it when you need to use it to end the level. You will need to use a bolt to distract all of them in one spot and throw a hyperbaric grenade to knock them out.
