Quiet as a Mouse

I used the sleeping gas, I'm past the security door, the electrified floor is turned off. However, there are two people awake here. A clerk in a room with file cabinets (the one where you displace marker past the window with grating to the electrified floor control) and a pacing guard in the room with the vault controls that I need. They were both already awake when I explored the area with foresight, well before I entered either room or monkeyed with the electrified floor.

I've tried being super fast about displacing to the control panel and back but it's a no go. This fellow is awake and in sight of the panel. There's a bottle of chloroform in the locker room but that cancels the quiet as a mouse bit.

Not sure why control panel room guy is awake. Only the maid is asleep back here. Should these guys be awake? If so, how did you manage to move the vault?

Edit: using the identity of the sleeping guard outside the security panel office cancels the mouse objective.

Hey dude that sounds like a bug, I'm sorry. The whole sleeping gas part is super flimsy and Id recommend saving as often as possible.

Every human in the bank should be asleep when you enter. To get “quiet as a mouse“, you should get the codes from security chief peña downstairs and make your way to the control panel to move the vault to where you can safely crack it.

No he's always meant to respond. Not a bug. It doesn't affect the Mouse achievement IF you can pull off the rest.
