Framerate troubles

Hello guys!

My pc setup is

AMD FX8320 3.5GHz
AMD RX 460 2GB
8gb HyperX 1600mhz RAM
The game is installed on a 1TB 7200rpm HDD

Even with everything on low 1080p and the resolution perforamnce thing on which scales the game based on the frames it's laggy at points and feels slow running.

Anything i can do to make the game run faster?

Watched a video on YT where a guy uses a RX460 and get's 60-80 fps on high settings...

What fps are you actually getting though? This engine, while a better version than they used in Dishonored 2, is still a hot mess when it comes to this.

Do you mean you're using adaptive resolution? I don't think that works real well, for most people? Are you running full screen or borderless window?

About 35-75. The problem is i only get 60 or over in places like inside houses or at not so high detaild areas.

Adaptive resolution works a bit better, but makes the game look pretty untasty.

I use fullscreen.

60 is their target fps, at least for D2's updates on the engine. I'd suggest capping it and seeing if that helps.
