Game still won't launch
I've tried every solution listed in the official forrums as well as anything I saw listed here and nothing works. I was able to play for an hour the day I got it, but after that it never fails to crash on the initial loading screen. If anyone has any ideas they would be greatly appreciated.

Edit: i7-6700 2.6GHz, GTX 960m, 16gb RAM, WIndows 10 Home.

You'll need to post your system specs.

Also, there's a pinned thread about a hot fix for game not launching, have you read through that?

It looks like you are playing on a laptop, maybe you have an integrated chipset too. If that's the case, it's possible the game is trying to use it instead of the GTX 960m.

You should update your Nvidia driver and try to change the main video card used in the Nvidia Control Panel for Death of the Outsider (if it's already on "High Performance Nvidia processor", maybe still try changing it to "Integrated chipset" to see if it makes any difference):

I feel you, i´m using the same pc specs, (MSI gaming laptop) and i´m having the same issue since i bought the game. I tried to find any information in Bethesda forums, sending my DxDiag, and the only reply i got was "Use the AC Adapter while you´re running the game, and launch it with high graphic processor" Of course, nothing of those things worked, launch it as administrator neither... The funny part of this, i downloaded the cracked game, and it f*cking works... with so many crashes, but playabe at least...

Download the cracked game until Arkane/Bethesda publishes another crack for that issue, this is what i´m doing for now...

Thanks so much ! It perfectly worked for me to manually select "High Performance Nvidia processor" in NVIDIA Control Panel for this game (it had auto-selected the integrated Intel chipset)

Excellent, I'm glad that this frustrating thing does have a fix. Hopefully it'll continue to work.
