LOOK!!!!
LOOK!! All of you idots that don't understand why Billie is the main character need to stfu and go spread your ignorance somewhere else. The low chaos ending in all games is ALWAYS CANNON. Not your high chaos endings ONLY the low chaos endings. Billie lurk the femal assassin is the main character because her and daud are planning to kill the outsider which is based off of novels created for the game. So do your ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ research before you complain about a femal character being the main character. They didn't do this to push and agenda, they didn't do this for support from the lgbt community, they did this cause its apart of the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ STORY. You people ywould know that if you played the damn dlc from the first game.

You know, if they were able to fathom your quite elaborate explanation they would not have been that stupid and started asking "y Black Billy" to begin with. Still, A for the Effort.

Still confused as to why Billie is missing her eye and arm though. I played D2 and in the end history was changed, her wounds never happened. That was lowest chaos.

If this is supposed to be after DS2, as assumed by most, then in the lowest chaos ending her arm is restored. The timeline was altered.

Yes this is after DS2

Then that's my point. Time was altered in the best ending. She got her arm back.

From the Dishonored Wiki: (And my own playthrough.)

Should the course of history be changed by preventing Stilton from going mad and disappearing from public, Meagan will have regained her arm and eye since the fight at his manor would have never occurred. She brings the protagonist back to Dunwall after the Duke's elimination and recovery of Delilah's soul to reclaim the throne and to end Delilah's reign of terror.

So, since she is missing her eye and arm they have apparently chosen not to go with the absolute best ending this time. They have gone low chaos, but without the repairing of time.

Yes that's what happened in my low chaos play-through, I left Stilton alone and yeah that's what happened

Alright let me tell you guys how Billie lost her arm and eye. When Stiltion disapeared and when delilah was brought back from the void, she went to find him at his manor. But there was grand guard at the manor, she fought but they managed to cut off her arm and make her right eye blind.

So yeah what you guys said that corvo or emily must of killed stiltion, or left him be and let him witness the horror.
