Zoo tycoon issues

The first issue is lagging. Sometimes it lags.
Second issue is the loading screen takes a long time to load.


Its the first time playing this new zoo tycoon and I already have problems with it.
I was doing the self study mode and I am unable to give the giraffe food.
He is just standing there with a banana in his hand doing nothing while the baby giraffe
is looking at him.


Most of my keys on my laptop keyboard don't work.
It says that I need to go to the animal menu or something.
I changed it to ! key and it says that I need to press the ! key and a should menu pop up but nothing happens.
The only keys that works are the F1 key to go to main menu and the other keys that work are the left and right key but I can only look to left or right and not walk around. And the key to zoom in or out. And the key to follow the animal. C key only works to go back to something and the caps lock takes screenshots. The space key works sometimes.

Is this a bug or something.
I was so tired and frustrated that I just went back to the main menu.

Why does this game has ♥♥♥♥♥♥ key controls.
I tried changing them but sometimes they won't even change.
I'm not playing with my controller because my PS2 controller doesn't work well with games that were on Xbox one first. I use the keys from my laptop keyboard


I still like Wildlife park 2 better than this.



What bugs have you encountered in self study mode.

I now your problems,that lagging i got the same but i think this game and the forum are dead,and i think we don't get the answer,and i don't think there will no help from the makers/dev's.
