Challenge Mode Issues.

So I wanted to finish the zoo collection in an Australian challenge zoo. I had all of the animals except for the Olympic Black Bears, the star species. So I went to go quickly breeze through an East Coast zoo to get the bears. Currently at level 18. My money is just draining and draining. I can't do anything. I'm doing everything right, I have entertainment, I have animals, I have decoration, I have zookeepers, everything. And it just won't stop draining. I sold all of my food and drink stands to make money, but it all drained away too quickly for me to use it. Someone, please help? Please?
