Where is Epoch?

I am in almost the last chapter, doing side quests. I went to get Chrono from Death Mt, and now I don't have Epoch anymore. I can't travel from island to island within a time period. Any ideas? I can pull up the large map, but I don't know how to island hop. Thanks!

Did you use a portal to travel?, when something like his happens to me it's usually because i used a time portal instead of taking the Epoch; it should be at the period where you took the portal from; just a matter to look for it

EDIT: if you cant find it on any region try looking at the bridge Magus stands at End of Time

Yes, jump off the bridge at the right of End of Time. Epoch is below always.
