Good Level for Lavos?
Curious, what would be a good level to go at Lavos with, most of my team are in the 50's with a coulple at level 48 and 49.

You are on a good level. Put Golden Stud on everyone and attack with supreme techniques.

I don’t have all the techniques for everyone, only have supreme for Marle, Chrono and Frog currently

The best supreme techniques for dealing damage are Chrono, Lucca, Robo, Ayla and Magus.

level 45 is about right to do lavos with the right party set up

I'd say as soon as your HP hits 999 for everyone then you're as ready as you'll likely to get. Doing the late game side quests is rewarding by itself, and the equipment you get makes Lavos much easier. He's a fairly hard boss otherwise.
