Frog didn't change back...
I've never played this before so maybe I'm missing something. I decided to fight Magus on the North Cape with Frog, because it sounded epic. It was epic, but I was surprised to learn that if you do that he actually dies and he doesn't join the party. I read a bit more about that online and it says on the wiki, that if you fight and kill Magus, then Frog should change back into Glenn. But that didn't happen for me? Is something wrong or did I just not do it right?

he changed to human form a the end of the game
You can fight Magus one-on-one with Frog for an epic battle, and when the battle is over, you should reload the save and choose not to fight him, because that way you will get a really powerful mage as a party member. Seeing Frog as a human is a short scene during the ending and not worth wasting a whole party member, IMHO. If you really want to see the ending scene, you can always play on NG+ or find it on YouTube.
Ah. I see. The wiki only said he "changes back" but it didn't say when. My bad. Thanks for the advice my guy. There's a NG+ is there?
yes
in new game+ you can restart with your charcters at te same level ans with items and money

without the money, just the itens and levels..
Do enemies get stronger as well? Like in Dark Souls? If not I may just start a new game.

NG+ doesn't change anything about enemies, so no.

The point of NG+ in this is so you can be strong enough to fight the final boss at any point you want. The regular game gives you the option to fight him whenever you want too, but you'll rarely be strong enough until the end of the game. Depending upon the point in the story you defeat the final boss during NG+, you'll unlock one of 13 different endings.

Holy cow really? Man I'll keep that in mind. I wish there were more than 3 save slots!
On PC, you can have as many save slots as you want, just keep backups of your old save slots.

Although NG+ enemies stay the same, the final boss gets harder on some occasions. Most of NG+ is speedrunning through the game and refighting the final boss during several story moments in the game, to unlock new alternate endings, with each of them giving you an achievement.
