Ending 1: Beyond Time - Defeat Lavos after Chrono rejoins the party.
1a: Reach Lavos without using the Epoch.
1b: Destroy the Epoch by crashing it into Lavos.
Minor differences occur during the Moonlight Parade depending on whether you...
...rescued the Chancellor during the Rainbow Shell sidequest.
...saved Lucca's mother from being crippled during the Fiona's Forest sidequest.
...spared Magus on North Cape.
...killed Magus on North Cape (only if you beat Lavos after the Black Omen).
......if you killed Magus but didn't go through the Black Omen, a scene is added to 1a's credits.
Ending 2: Reunion - Defeat Lavos after Chrono's death but before re-acquiring him.
2a: Reach Lavos without using the Epoch.
2b: Destroy the Epoch by crashing it into Lavos.
Minor differences occur depending on whether you acquired the Time Egg and whether you spared/killed Magus.
P.S. The wiki claims you can only get Ending 2b if you have the Time Egg, otherwise you get a third variant of 2a.
