the 20th time I managed to get off some ice magic so frog and marle hardly took much dmg when they counter with ice.
"nice RNG" 20 times to just get in 1 ice spell before they wiped me...
For a while I thought it was a bit to easy, but here and there I get some enemies now, where I start to think I'm not supposed to be there.
I think I used Luccas, Ayla and Chrono there. I hope that's not a spoiler, but I think you already have all of them when you reach that part of the game.
thats how I beat it, but took me 20 times before I could get the time in- maybe its because I had active as battle preference.
In this regard Chrono is there to only be used for combo attacks (Ice sword etc). You focus on one at a time and ensure you have one character (Frog is good) for dedicated heals
As long as you can react, you can heal up and concentrate on 1. Most their damage comes from counter attack so you should have plenty of time to heal. Just heal up before attacking and should be cake.

sound very distasteful and disrespectful to the game and developers. Especially the game was called masterpiece time and time again not by the developers themselves but the players.
