Constant UP input

I'm playing on keyboard, but the game is constantly receiving an UP input. I've tried disconnecting everything, but nothing fixes it. Any ideas?

I had the same issue in FFIX. I gave up on it.

I have almost the same problem
Xbox 360 controller , the left stick is waaay to sensitive and has also the ghost UP input

this is also occuring for me on my corded microsoft sidewinder controller but not on the steam controller or using keyboard "ASWD" controls...
