killed the boss, caught the rat, can't get through the door with the password. Using an xbox 360 controller. What is are keyboard commands for the R and L button?

The rat tells you when you catch him but looking back at my footage (assuming it's the same for everyone) it was AYB.

Also just to be sure, it's no longer hold two buttons and push the third. You push them one at a time now

If you're out there looking on dead threads for answers, here you go. The conversion code for codes. This turns AYB into XVC, and XVC works for the password.

Also, just a warning: If your keyboard controls aren't default this may not work.

A = X
B = C
Y = V
X = B

It's not a softlock or anything, so enjoy!

That doesn't work for me. On either keyboard or controller. This puzzle took me literally 30 minutes of randomly pressing buttons on the controller to get through. And I've saved after it because I'm busy now, so I still have the second same password to enter when I get back.

Was enjoying the game after a couple of decades not playing it. But this part is badly messed up imo.

This legit doesn't work for me even when I put controls at default.
Am I supposed to stand at a specific spot to activate it? Do I have to complete another part of the game first?

I've tried AYB so many times after pressing A and hearing the first sound, turns out that only YB is required.

On my Xbox one Pad: after you hear the ring that u can enter the Code now start with A then press a button one after anoter against the clock.
All in all: A then B then Y then X...Boom, door open. Simple explanation :P
