How's the difficulty? Same as snes version? Any hard mode mods out there?

CT is my fav game of all time. I wanna replay it but what I didnt like about it was that it was super easy to beat, even without grinding. Is this version the same in terms of difficulty, or did Square upped it a notch? If not, are there any mods out there that make the battles harder?

It is the same as it was before. At this time there are no mods to increase the difficulty and I'm not sure if we will be able to do so in the future.

Sorry but I think the best advice is to try a low level game? I know this isn't the answer you're looking for though.

You can use cheats to start the game with the wallet to keep your party at a low level.

Wait, since when a game needs grinding to beat...? Is that the new fun? "Spend hours beating random stuff instead of just enjoying the game". That's what people call a "challenge"? JRPGs don't resume themselves to sacrifice your life away to grinding. Chrono trigger has a nice flow.
