This game sold not good enough and you see, that even the publisher and developer abonded it very fast.
They are not answering to any bug-posts, don't release a patch or anythign and don't help with the tradingcard problem (and the game still showes the tradingcards on the shoppage).
Maybe a bundle or anything will push the game forward but another episode?! I don't see it. (And I liked both games very much)
It was at least as well received as the first game but somehow it crashed right from the release...
It took almost a year for trading cards to drop - unless there was a massive bug, it took the game so long to exceed the "confidence metric" which is AFAIK related to the number of users...
I think at least part of the reason is because it's so brutally overpriced. As far as I've seen, it's the single most expensive PnC on Steam.
I just completed the first one today. I liked it but I really don't see what makes it warrant a price point so far above all the others. I do plan to purchase The Last Wind Monk, but given that I've gotten some of my absolute favorite games in the genre for literally less than 1/10th of the price, I'll be waiting for a very deep sale.
Even so, the series deserved better
