What happened to emil? Robert said to shut him up then he disapeared.
What was up with robert saying someone dropped money then everyone looking down and the game suddenly ending? Did i miss something?
Who is the fulfiller of the prophecy?
Why did crazy guy go from being conspiracy crazy (which he was right about) to crazy crazy (thought he was sane and people thought he was crazy)
Who exactly is momma oboe? (Or whatever her name was)
Where do the wind tunnels lead?
What happens next for the kingdom?
Is the baby their new leader?
What was that whole thing with libretta betraying laura and robert and telling emil where they were then nothing ever happining after that about it? And why would she if she was gonna be sacrificed anyway? (She was on plank w her sis at end)
What were those notes on the board under the wind fountain?
Either i missed stuff or this all means we get a third game. (Please let it be a third game)
Robert stays in charge at least until they hold democratic elections (although I'm assuming they'll probably elect him), he said as much at the end. The baby is just a baby, the whole "quest" was a ruse to get Robert to step up and take his place as leader.
The only thing from your list that bothered me was Libretta. They make this big deal about her betraying them and then nothing comes of it.
On the whole, the game definitely feels like it should have been a lot longer, the chapters were each quite short, and I wouldn't be at all surprised that there was a lot of story that the devs intended to spend more time on and didn't get a chance to.
Yeah, I wonder, too!
Maybe he was using a trick to get everyone to "bow to him" as their new king. And the funny thing is that he didn't do it properly but just used a trick. At first, it didn't make any sense to me either xD ...
Hm, yeah, I don't know either. That thread was kinda left hanging in the air?
Well, I took that as, some people you only get to know well after you've know them a bit longer. At first they appear one way only but then show another side to themselves. People are complex. Like this guy.
A witch of some sorts? Who raises windmonks? But other than that, yeah, great question ...
Yeah, I mean how did Emil get out of them again?
I guess that would be for a part III to tell.
Not if they don't vote for him I guess, but maybe if there's a part III they could do something with that character.
Yes, true, maybe there was a sequence where Laura and Robert get persecuted by Emil's people, but it was cut?
I guess she just very badly wanted to be reunited with her sister. Maybe thought then they could find a way to escape together??
I don't know. Maybe for a part III?
Yeah, that would be interesting to see what they'd do in a part 3 :) ... hopefully it will again feature a story that has proper conclusions to its main themes, like this one didn't have so much I felt, but part one had. This one felt like a lot of themes or story elements were introduced ... but then many of them did not lead to anything. One theme that e.g. got a conclusion was the idea of, accept who you are if you're something special, step up to the challenge. One story element that didn't was e.g. the last wind monk ... as you said.
It was not a bad game, but I am sure they could do better again in a part 3.
Have they said anything about a Part 3??
